Heyy everyone!! My name is Taiyonna Fitzgerald. Iโm a freshman at SHU and the founder of Building more Leaders in Minorities. I am a psychology and philosophy double major and Iโm double minoring in Legal Studies in Business and Political Science. I love music, art, advocating, learning and succeeding. In highschool, I operated a small art business, providing the canvas for paint and sips, completely personal pieces, makeup, etc. The page is . I also participated in basketball at the varsity level and cross country. I did community service work through my church, including food and clothing drives, and through my school, including helping out sports teams, cleaning our community parks, etc. I was fairly active in my church; I participate in the youth choir and went on to participate on the praise team (I am Baptist Christian). I am a scholar in Martin Luther King Scholar Association and I love the work we do. With this organization, I want to unify minorities and prove that ethnicity is not limiting and that we can thrive and give back despite what society has and will continue to throw at us.
ps. if you see me on campus say hi๐!
๐๐ค๐ Excited to see where this goes! โจ
