Today, we are not just wearing a white coat, we are reaffirming our commitment to our patients, our profession, and ourselves. As second year AEGD residents at Larkin Community Hospital, this moment represents growth, resilience, and purpose.

We have moved beyond the uncertainty of our first year into a stage defined by confidence built through experience, through challenging cases, long hours, difficult decisions, and meaningful victories. Every obstacle shaped us. Every patient refined us. Every lesson strengthened us.

This White Coat Ceremony is not a beginning, it is a transformation. It symbolizes excellence, integrity, compassion, and leadership.
