Please join us in celebrating Ms. Jyothi, TLE South Lyon’s October Teacher of the Month! 🎉💜

Since joining the TLE family in June, Ms. Jyothi has been such a wonderful addition to our team. She brings a kind, friendly, and positive energy to the center and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed.

She has a natural way with our littlest learners, bringing patience and nurturing care to our infant classrooms and helping them feel safe, loved, and cared for throughout their day. We’re so lucky to have you, Ms. Jyothi! Thank you for everything you bring to TLE South Lyon.

The first day of school hits everyone a little differently!

We asked some of our TLE South Lyon teachers to show us their before and after… and apparently there’s no one way to feel! 😂

Some were tired. Some were completely unfazed. And some were still just as excited as they were before! We think that’s a pretty accurate look at the first day of school. 🫶🏻

Fall comes with so many exciting opportunities to learn. 🌱 As part of our My Emotions and Feelings curriculum theme, little ones will explore the sights, textures, and sounds of fall through hands-on experiences with seasonal materials, giving them plenty of opportunities to discover, create, and connect their learning to the world around them.

Big feelings are part of growing up! 💛😊

This October, our little learners here at The Learning Experience are diving into My Emotions and Feelings, a curriculum theme designed to help children better understand what they’re feeling, express themselves, and build the social-emotional skills they’ll use every day. 🌈💬

With Miss Chievous by their side, children will explore the many emotions they experience and discover simple ways to navigate big feelings. ✨

Learning how to understand our feelings is an important part of learning how to care for ourselves, connect with others, and grow with confidence. 💕 We can't wait to see what this month of exploration and discovery brings! 🌱
