We are an Adult Day Health Care Facility dedicated in provide services to our patients and community

We are an Adult Day Health Care facility wanting to provided help in those that attend the center as well as in the community. Our friendly staff consists of nursing, social work, program aides, activities coordinator etc. We have events for New Year, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and many more. We provided outings in the community for our participants from the park to department stores and so much more.
