3 ways to foster a culture of encouragement in your classroom:

Acknowledge Effort: Celebrate not just the successes but the hard work that goes into every task. A simple “I noticed how hard you tried on that project” can make a significant impact.

Positive Feedback: When giving feedback, focus on strengths and growth. Highlight what students did well before addressing areas for improvement. This builds their confidence and resilience.
