Hello from Patagonia!

As I mentioned in my previous post, I have finally gotten myself to a point where I can begin to teach more online classes regularly. Again, I know it is not the same as being in person, but I hope I can make it almost as good. Best part is, you can join me from anywhere as long as you have internet and zoom!!!
This is the schedule that I have come up with, although I am open to requests, but because of my time zone, can only teach mornings.
Tuesday All Bodies/level 1 Hatha 8:00am-9:00am PST
Friday All Bodies/level 1 Hatha 8:00am-9:00am PST
Saturday Gentle mat/chair yoga 8am-9am PST
Saturday Mixed Level 1-3 Vinyasa Flow 9:30-10:45am PST

Each class offering will be donation based. You can send me what you can for that day or for multiple days through my venmo or through my zelle(both given on the scheduling app). I want my classes to be accessible to everyone whether you have something to give that day or not.

I am asking that you please register by 9pm PST the night before each class, although I will leave registration open if I have at least one student signed up. The zoom link for each class session will be emailed 30 mins prior to the start of class. A recording of each session will also be mailed out to each attendee and each class will be uploaded onto my youtube channel for future use. I received an email a couple of days ago from the powers that be at Facebook. Apparently, my business and personal page had received numerous “reports” for copyright infringement. My business page was shutdown pending my appeal. It is now back up, wasn’t even down for a day. The post in question was my post from last week advertising my new online classes. The photo used is mine. The content posted was mine. My photo, my scheduling link, my YouTube link. Like my friend said “jealousy is a b$&ch.” I have always tried my hardest to not step on any toes. In fact, I chose to teach to an audience that most teachers leave behind. Not just because I personally love teaching them, but also because it quickly and easily became my niche. I am not out here to compete. That’s why I stopped running marathons. I am in enough competition daily with myself and my own critical mind. So please, you do you and just let me do me. This is my work, my career, my passion and my life.
With that said. I am adding another class to my livestream schedule.

I have HUGE news. I’ve had this news at the tip of my tongue for weeks, but wanted to make sure those who needed to, knew first.
I will be leaving South Lake Tahoe! In two weeks, my little apartment will be packed into a storage unit or into the back of Matt’s truck and we will be on our way to our next adventure. The plan is to move to Loreto Mexico until the first of the year. It’s something we’ve planned for years, but because of health and life and then Covid, we’ve had to put it on hold. We are finally making it happen!
I will miss my home and all is my students, family and friends here and in reno. South Lake has been good to me and I hope to be back. This will always be home.
I plan to continue teaching online for now and will have more details soon that I will share here and via email.
Thank you to everyone in South Lake who has supported me in my career and in building my life here. Especially all the support I’ve had over the last 18 months. You all are unforgettable and I appreciate you all so much 💗 See you soon!
