If I could sit down with my younger self and have a heart-to-heart about health, these are the things I’d say…
"Stop fearing food. Start lifting weights. And for the love of muscle, sleep!"
Not everything I believed back then was true — I thought skipping meals would help me “stay slim.” I thought cardio was the only way. I thought being exhausted was just part of the grind.
✅ But now I know better.
✅ Strong feels better than skinny.
✅ Balance beats burnout.
💥Fueling my body gives me the energy I need for the next day.
And you don’t have to wait until it’s “bad enough” to make a change.
