The Pre-K Kids ❤️ Thinking Thursday! Turning a letter, a shape or a number into something else.
Sounding out the letter sounds to create the word 👍🏼!
How Lucky are we to have Angie Lucas, a Children’s Book Author come to our Preschool today to visit and read with our Pre-K Kiddos! Angie brought her two books MY BIG EMBARRASSING ELEPHANT and MY BIG DUMB INVISIBLE DRAGON to read & WoW what a treat!
Kids were able to get a signed copy of each book to take home with them.
Yay for amazing Books that help Littles with feelings, family dynamics, and all sorts of every day life. I will forever be an advocate of reading Children’s Books as a child OR as an adult.
MY BIG EMBARRASSING ELEPHANT is a clever and funny picture book about how one girl goes about hiding a very literal elephant in the room, only to discover she may not need to disguise it at all.
MY BIG DUMB INVISIBLE DRAGON is an illustrated picture book for children dealing with grief, showing that although loss is hard and real, together we can move through it to find joy and hope again.

I have wanted to make these
Autumn 🍂 🍃 🍁Trees with the Kiddos for what seems like 10 seasons. I personally am an Autumn Lover and here in Utah it passes so quickly!
