I love being able to help students come alive when they understand math
There are many rewarding moments on the journey, but a favorite is when a student puts in enough work to become an expert. They are then able to work with us and spread their love of math to more students!

Sometimes we take a holiday break from teaching math to teach the next generation of skiers. These Arizonans did great!
We had to make time for Dan’s favorite board game, Cloudspire!
We even thought the superstitious ways of the ceremonial Tw***ie roast to appease the snow gods (it immediately dropped 4 inches after the silly ritual).
People are what it’s all about. Thanks for letting us be part of your peoples’ growth!

Meet Kathaleen! If you’ve ever seen her get excited, you know her energy is so contagious it practically comes out through her tappy-toes. She’s the powerhouse behind the scenes who keeps everything running smoothly.
From designing all our visuals, to building fun DIY Craps tables in her garage, to paying the bills and making sure we always have those perfectly scratchy pens—she does it all.
She’s a huge part of what makes Nerdly magical. 💛

One of the best parts of the job is finding different rewards that the students can spend their Nerd Credits on. Many of them don't even make it through the first hour!

Nerdly's Casino Night for the adults was so much fun! Our instructors taught (as they do) and dealt some of the most popular games. The money raised will be used to further Nerdly's Scholarship initiative to help families in our area get the help they need!
