We're teaming up with Junior League of SLC once again to provide dental care and resources to our local community! On Friday, October 25th from 9am-4:30pm, Project Homeless Connect will provide services to individuals experiencing or on the verge of homelessness. We are looking for 4-6 more dental students to help volunteer at this incredible event. Click the Google form link to sign up and for more information.

Interviewing D1s, D2s, and D3s for a few Lucy Hobbs Initiative board member positions. Interviews will take place tomorrow/Friday during lunch in a D2 breakout room. Please bring your CV, letter of intent, and be ready to answer a few questions.

Today and tomorrow we are happy to be teaming up with Junior League of SLC to provide cleanings, screenings and sealants for free in nearby Salt Lake City!

We’re just ONE DAY out from CARE Fair, but it’s not too late to sign up as a volunteer! If you are still interested in helping, please email [email protected].

After a short break, the Lucy Hobbs Initiative is back in the game, and we are looking for student and faculty volunteers for help us team up with Junior League of SLC for our next community event!

The annual C.A.R.E. Fair is a two-day event organized and directed by the Junior League of Salt Lake City for families needing routine medical, dental, and vision services along with community assistance information (www.jlslc.org/care). Roseman Students will be providing dental screenings and cleanings for people of all ages from 9am-1pm on Friday and Saturday, July 12-13th!

All this month, the Lucy Hobbs Initiative is asking for donations of new or gently used professional attire to benefit Dress For Success SLC ( www.dfssaltlake.org ).

Their mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and the development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

LHI is also accepting donations for The Road Home and Rescue Mission's Women's Shelter so we welcome more than professional attire. Please donate what you can in the boxes around the CODM!
