We're Hiring!! The NAPT is hiring proctors to give the exams across the country. Your primary responsibility will be to administer the National Phlebotomy Certification Examination to groups of students at Phlebotomy schools in your area. You will be paid $100 to give the examination ... this process usually takes 2-3 hours. You will then mail the exam materials back to our offices for grading. The National Association of Phlebotomy Technicians (NAPT) is developing a certification test for the industry and has partnered with Alpine Testing Solutions. The goal of this exam is to deliver up to date content to practitioners in order to allow them to prove their skills to employers. As part of the Test Development Process, we have met with a group of Subject Matter Experts who have performed a Job Task Analysis for our profession. Now is where we need your expertise. We are seeking to reach a broad demographic of Phlebotomy practitioners to complete a brief online survey. Your participation and input based on your professional experience will further refine the Job Tasks and build the framework of the Certified Phlebotomy Technicians (CPT) Exam.

The field of phlebotomy is ever-evolving and it is crucial for technicians to keep up with the trending industry practices and technological advancements. We are looking for a handful more candidates that are currently working as phlebotomists to come to Salt Lake City on Thursday, March 10th through Sunday, March 12th to participate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in assisting with the continual NAPT test development process.

This is a volunteer opportunity to contribute to the advancement of the field of phlebotomy and strengthen your resume.

The NAPT will be covering all accommodation costs for chosen participants.
