Just finished our week on safety and the letter S! Have you read No Dragons for Tea? Love it 😍 We also did my favorite Firefighter Finger Play.
Our dramatic play had a beach and we talked about sunscreen, sand, staying out of the water unless you have an adult, and so many other words that began with S!

We had a great first week of school! Pete the Cat came to visit, we were first initial detectives, and we made new friends!

Hired Jacob Hansen Murdock to turn this area into a playhouse! Having a window will be so helpful!! Any ideas of how to elevate the look of it? The only one I've got so far is to add a planter box with fake flowers. Would also love the paint the "house" or add texture. A house number would be fun too.

Gave my students "bugs and kisses" for Valentine's Day! One of their favorite sensory items for sure! My son Brandt gave them at his other preschool too. Yes, I send my child to an additional preschool so he can have a teacher other than "mom" 😉
