Who is ready to get all this holiday fat off!? I know i am, UUUGH! I will be starting a new routine this month, if anyone would like to join. Next week, 4:15pm at Planet Fitness-Webster. Guests are free unlimited amount of times. Weights and calisthenics, no cardio except 3 min bike warm up. 30-45 min total with warm up and cool down. Monday-Thursday. Its always better motivation with a buddy! Only one guest at a time though.
