Students in Room 16 at Eisenhower school are learning how to break multiplication facts apart using the Distributive Property of Multiplication. Students are creating arrays using playdoh, breaking them into smaller arrays, and then writing and solving the matching multiplication equations to show their thinking.

The Village of Phoenix Police Department is truly outstanding! Their continued support, presence, and dedication to watching over our Coolidge Middle School students help create a safe and caring school community.

During the Village Board Meeting, Coolidge Middle School Principal Mrs. Chevia Rush proudly presented Police Chief Wells with a plaque on behalf of Coolidge Middle School as a token of appreciation for the department’s continued service, dedication, and commitment.

We are grateful for the strong partnership between Coolidge Middle School and the Village of Phoenix Police Department and sincerely thank Chief Wells and the entire police department for all they do to support and protect our students and community.

The Director of Curriculum, Mr. Sanchez, helped Madison's room 7 get closer to their reading goal to read 100 high-quality picture and chapter books by the end of the school year. There current count is 22 books!

Coolidge Middle School is encouraging everyone to read Sunday, National Reading A Book Day.

Principal Rush read to every classroom. As a literacy teacher for over 10 years, Principal Rush understands that reading to the students help build literacy, cognitive, and social emotional skills.

Coolidge Middle School kicked-off National Reading Day with Principal Rush reading to every classroom.

Mrs. Rush encouraged the entire school to take a moment on September 6th to read their favorite book.
