What started as a precalculus project turned into a colorful display now brightening our cafeteria. Students used Desmos to recreate original designs and favorite images, applying concepts like transformations, translations, domain restrictions, and more to bring their ideas to life.
After completing their digital designs, students transformed them into stained-glass-style artwork using glue, paint, and food coloring. The finished pieces are now hanging in the cafeteria, each featuring a QR code that shares more about the student artist and their creative process.
Be sure to stop by, take a look, and appreciate the creativity, problem-solving, and hard work that went into every piece. Which one is your favorite? 🌟
