When you leave your child with us, reassure him or her that you will return. Your own behavior will have an effect on your child's adjustment to the new situation.

A recent study conducted by the University of Texas at Austin found that quality child care affects both children and mothers. Mothers who had used day care were on average more likely to be actively engaged in their child’s education from kindergarten onward.

Four and five year-olds ask wonderful questions about the world about them. When questions like, “What happens to water after it rains?” and “Do birds play?” are asked in a group setting, it helps more than just one child learn.

We have friendly, knowledgeable and nurturing staff to work with your children. We love having experts to work with kids, so we are careful about who we hire. We always perform thorough background checks on any new staff member, too.

Although kindergarten is usually a place without grades where children can begin learning the structure they’ll experience in grade school, some children may need more than a year to the hang of things. Enrolling your child in preschool can ensure he or she will be ready to work once grades count.

Unfortunately, some children pay more attention to making friends in kindergarten than they do the teacher. Children enrolled in preschool will already have experience making friends, so they may be able to devote less attention to their developing social skills.

Were you aware that the human brain makes the most connections among its cells before your child turns 10? This is also the time when he or she learns language best. When you use rich language with your young child, you are improving his or her vocabulary!
