Hey folks! This is Gwen, your Chair. For current students, we will be taking part in the Involvement fair tomorrow, September 6th, from 8am-12pm EST! The fair is remote through embark. If you want to talk to the board we’ll be on a call from 9-11 during that time. You can hop in, say hi, ask questions, etc! Hope to see you all there!

This asexual model is launching London's first asexual club for Pride As more and more spaces are overly sexualized, where do asexual people go clubbing? Pop-up Ace of Clubs in London might have the answer.

all the main characters are always gryffindor, there's tons of merch for gryffindor, and no one's gonna give you s**t for being in gryffindor. Being gay is like being in slytherin: everyone has heard of it, but the merch is few and far between so you have to really want it. The only slytherin characters are secondary and morally gray. Some people think you are evil. Being bisexual is like being in ravenclaw: there is no merch. there are no major ravenclaw characters. people definitely try to lump it in with either gryffindor or slytherin, and there are a few weird stereotypes. being asexual is like being in hufflepuff: " below is a picture of Dumbledore from A Very Potter Musical saying "WHAT THE *HELL* IS A HUFFLEPUFF?"]

This week we are going to be talking a the "Ace Discourse" and gatekeeping with in the A-Spectrum community. This week we are also going to kicking off our awareness campaign! We have a few things planed which we will be talking about at the meeting and, as always are very happy to add to that with your input and suggestions.
