✌️ PEACE OUT, 2025-2026! ✌️

And just like that, another amazing school year has come to an end!

Today we celebrated the last day of school with lots of smiles, laughter, hugs, and of course, plenty of peace signs. These incredible students have learned, grown, made memories, and filled our halls with joy all year long.

We are so proud of everything they have accomplished and can't wait to see all the adventures summer brings. Thank you to our wonderful families for your support throughout the year.

🌟✨ Welcome to The Perry’s Awards! ✨🌟

Mrs. Perry’s 1st graders rolled out the red carpet and celebrated a year full of learning, growth, kindness, and success! Dressed in their fanciest outfits, our shining stars had the chance to walk the red carpet just like celebrities and proudly receive their end-of-the-year awards.

From big smiles to proud moments, it was a wonderful way to recognize all of the hard work and achievements of these amazing students. We are so proud of each and every one of them and all they have accomplished this year!

🎓💙❤️ Today was a bittersweet day as we celebrated our 5th Grade Moving Up Ceremony.

We are so incredibly proud of each and every student as they take the next big step to middle school. Watching these children learn, grow, and become the amazing individuals they are today has truly been a gift.

A heartfelt thank you to our teachers, families, and friends for your support, encouragement, and partnership throughout the years. It takes a village, and we are grateful to have shared this journey together.

To our 5th graders: We will miss your smiles, laughter, and the joy you brought to our hallways each day. While you’re moving on to new adventures, please know that you will always have a home here at Tanglewood. 💙

Best of luck in 6th grade! Keep dreaming big, working hard, and being yourselves. And don’t forget to come back and visit us—we can’t wait to hear about all the wonderful things you’ll accomplish! 🎉📚✨

🎬🍿 What a fun way to celebrate the end of the school year! Today, our 2nd graders headed to the mall for their final field trip and enjoyed a special showing of Toy Story 5. From the excitement of the big screen to sharing laughs with friends, it was a day filled with smiles, memories, and lots of fun! 😊

As the school year comes to a close, we’re so happy these students had the chance to make one more wonderful memory together. ❤️💙 They enjoyed every minute of their adventure! 🌟🍿🎥

Monday field trips are always a great way to start the week! ☀️😎

Our 4th graders were all smiles as they enjoyed a fun-filled day at the playground and splash pad. From running, playing, and cooling off in the water to enjoying a picnic lunch with pizza, snacks, and plenty of laughter, it was a wonderful day spent making memories together.

As the school year begins to wind down, it’s been so special to watch our students soak in these last few days with their friends. 💙 We loved seeing their smiles, hearing their laughter, and celebrating a fantastic year together!

📚✨ Vocabulary Came to Life Today! ✨📚

Students in Ms. Janssen’s class and Mrs. Hazelton & Mrs. Basher’s 4th grade class put their creativity on full display during their Vocabulary Parade inspired by the book Miss Alaineus!

After reading the story about Sage, who turns an embarrassing vocabulary mix-up into a triumphant moment, each student selected their own vocabulary word and created a unique costume to represent it. From imaginative designs to clever word choices, our hallways were filled with learning, creativity, and lots of smiles!

We are so proud of the hard work and creativity our students put into bringing their words to life. What a fun and memorable way to celebrate vocabulary, reading, and self-expression! 🎉📖💙
