Our firm is looking to add a new advisor to our team!
Primary responsibilities include:
-Interacting with financial advisor and clients to process new business, secure forms, pull client reports and statements
-New Business Develop in current teams’ market or developing your own market.
-Setting appointments with new prospects and existing clients.
-Creating systems for relationship management using CRM tools
-Assist with account changes and maintenance as well as research technical questions
-Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, client meeting materials and other documents
-File and retrieve documents and reference materials within compliance guidelines for advisor and clients
-Conduct research and analyze data to prepare reports and documents
-Coordinate project-based work
Training includes:
-Subsidized training period
