Aqui te dejo 3 consejos basicos para mantener una nutricion balanceada.
1-Variedad y equilibrio: Come una variedad de alimentos saludables para obtener todos los nutrientes que tu cuerpo necesita.
2-Control de porciones: Vigila el tamaño de las porciones para evitar comer en exceso y mantener un equilibrio calórico.
3-Hidratación y moderación: Bebe suficiente agua y limita las bebidas azucaradas, el alcohol y los alimentos poco saludables.
