But a full life isn't the same thing as a full schedule.

God cares about what we're doing, yes—but He also cares deeply about who we're becoming.

Maybe rest isn't something we need to justify.

Maybe it's something we need to receive. 🧡

We live in a world that can make achievement feel like identity. What school did you go to? What do you do? What have you accomplished? Where are you going? ⏱️💻🎓💰

But a résumé can tell the story of what you've done. It can't tell the story of who you're becoming.

Your character, your relationships, your faith, your convictions, and the way you care for others matter just as much as the career you're building.

Don't just prepare for a successful future. Prepare to be a whole person in it. 🌿

We’re grateful for the people who have come alongside The Gap and gotten to witness what God is doing in the lives of young adults.

Bill & Michele Baker have been a part of that story, and their words are a beautiful reminder of why this work matters.

We believe young adults are not simply preparing for the next stage of life—they’re being formed for it.
