Elite Learning Institute E.L.I. develops young adults as leaders through a rigorous college-preparatory curriculum, service to others, and freedom to pursue passions.

was born of a desire to empower young adults to use their God-given gifts to soar to a level of excellence that astonishes and amazes everyone! Leslee Dirnberger, a former attorney, homeschooling mother of four and teacher of other homeschooled students, wanted to create an environment where critical thinking, passion and leadership are intertwined with excellent mentorship from teachers and professionals. “The synergy that is created when this happens is ‘magic’. Young adults realize that they can be the change in their communities NOW! They don’t have to wait for their lives to start after college, after they’ve checked all the boxes. We want to provide a place where students can gain the knowledge and skills to move on to the next level in pursuing their dreams, whether that is a selective college, their own businesses, trade schools or all of the above.”
