Today, we celebrate Miss Jules last day at daycare with cookies 🥳 I've only had her a short time, but I've got to know the sweet, smart and helpful little girl she is 🩷 Go do big things sweetheart, you will do great and make many new friends in preschool! We will miss you 😘

Today for field trip Friday we spent the morning at the fire station 🚒🚑 The kids had the opportunity to sit in the fire engine, have a tour of where they spend a lot of their time and we watched one firefighter in training get completely dressed in uniform and hook up the fire hose to the hydrant. They all got special gift bags with a hat, cup and stickers. Thank you to the South Elgin Fire House #21 ❤️

Today for our field trip Friday, we went to Randall Oaks petting zoo 😀 The kiddos (and us) had a blast 🥰 We learned first hand what noises the different animals make, how to be gentle when we pet them and how to feed them. We ended the morning with a pony ride 🐎

Today we took a field trip to Peck Farm 🥰 Explored the sensory garden, the silo, the playground with waterfall and our favorite, the butterfly garden 🦋

Today was our Aiden's last day at daycare 😢 We celebrated with cheese pizza and donuts 🍕🍩
I have enjoyed watching him grow over the last 4.5 years and I'm so blessed to have been your first teacher 💞 You will do great in kindergarten 💙 We love you!

We loved reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar 🦋 Last week they painted with green leaves and this week they continued the craft and painted their hands to make a rainbow caterpillar ❤️ We also watched it on tv and followed along in the book. This was a fun project and one of my favorites when I was a child 🥰

We had a St. Patrick's Day party! 🍀💚 Our lil' leprechauns made handprint leprechauns, had mini cupcakes, played "find the tricky leprechauns" and had a dance party 🥳

Today, we made St. Patrick's Day sensory bottles with the green rice they painted last week, some shamrocks and even a tricky little leprechaun! Then, they moved on to bubble painting pots of gold 💛💚🍀

Today, we celebrated Mia's 3rd birthday with our friends, making shamrocks ☘️, coloring rice, eating yummy treats and lots of play time 💚 Happy birthday, Miss Mia, we love you bunches 😘
