Meet Micheyla Hardy, one of International Academy’s talented Cosmetology/Barbering Instructors! With years of experience behind the chair, a passion for balayage and hair extensions, and licenses in both cosmetology and barbering, Micheyla brings real-world knowledge and plenty of encouragement into the classroom.

For Micheyla, one of the best parts of teaching is watching future beauty professionals grow from feeling nervous to creating beautiful work with confidence.
