Yesterday, we hosted our annual Tenant Appreciation Lunch at the West Virginia Regional Technology Park to celebrate the incredible companies and people who make our campus such a vibrant place to work and innovate.
Tenants enjoyed a delicious Build Your Own Taco Bar prepared by The Galley, along with time to connect with colleagues from across the campus.
We also had the pleasure of recognizing James Duncan for five years of dedicated service to the Tech Park. Thank you, Duncan, for your commitment and contributions—we're grateful to have you on our team!
A heartfelt thank you to all of our tenants for being part of the West Virginia Regional Technology Park community. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to another year of innovation and collaboration.

Last night, we were honored to celebrate the 15th Anniversary of the West Virginia Regional Technology Park alongside tenants, board members, elected officials, community leaders, partners, and friends who have been part of our journey.
What began in 2011 as a bold vision to preserve and grow a world-class innovation campus has become a thriving ecosystem of 32 companies and more than 1,000 employees driving research, manufacturing, technology, education, and economic development across West Virginia.
The evening provided an opportunity to reflect on our rich history, recognize the leaders whose vision helped make the Tech Park a reality, and celebrate the people who continue to make this campus a place where innovation thrives.
Thank you to everyone who joined us to commemorate this milestone. We are grateful for the partnerships, innovation, and shared commitment that have shaped the past 15 years—and we look forward to what comes next.

Today, we celebrate West Virginia Day and the proud history of the Mountain State.
On June 20, 1863, West Virginia became the 35th state admitted to the Union, forging a unique path in American history and establishing a legacy of resilience, innovation, and determination.
At the West Virginia Regional Technology Park, we're proud to be part of that legacy. Every day, our campus is home to innovators, researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders who are helping shape the future of West Virginia's economy and workforce.
As we celebrate our state's birthday, we also celebrate the people, businesses, and partnerships that continue to drive progress across the Mountain State.
Happy West Virginia Day! 💙💛
