Piano Lessons Private Piano Lessons taught in my home Learning to play the piano is a long and arduous task.

There are many elements to music, and it is considered to be an applied art form. Simply put, applying head knowledge of musicality to the instrument of choice. It involves not only learning to identity notes on a page, but applying them to a particular instrument. The application of converting those notes to a beautiful piece of music involves theory, knowledge of musical history, genres, and mus

icality. Music is indeed a language which transcends all languages and cultures! I strive to teach each student as if they planned on pursuing a musical career; most do not. But for those who do, this knowledge will be critical to any musical career they should choose. I expect 60 minutes of practice daily, including holidays, and consistency in lesson attendance. If we all do our part, the student can expect progression, which leads to achievement and success!
