We had a fun Halloween party today 🎃 👻 🦇 A big thank you to all the parents for donating to our party.

A huge thank you to the South Berwick fire Department for coming to visit us today!!!! We enjoyed meeting the firefighters, learning about fire safety and exploring the fire truck!

Today we released our last monarch! The children really enjoyed the process of watching our monarch caterpillars transform into beautiful butterflies. Over the past weeks we observed each stage of this beautiful life cycle. We were able to see how quickly the caterpillars grew and the creation of the delicate but strong chrysalis they created.

Our first field trip took us to McDougal Orchards! The children loved picking the apples, riding on the wagon and touring the barn. Thank you to all the parents who made it fun and for all your help!

The first week of school was a success! We had so much fun getting to know each other, exploring the classroom, singing songs and watching caterpillars and butterflies. I can’t wait to see what this year will bring!

A big thank you to Wentworth Greenhouse and Jack Carroll for our fun hands on field trip! The children enjoyed exploring the greenhouse, and making terrariums.
