Kicked off Black History Month learning about the inventor of the traffic light, Garret Morgan.
After listening to a read loud about his road to invention and reading an article about his life; we discovered he was not the first to create a traffic light but the best to do it!
Garrett’s traffic light only included stop and go! We decided to create modern day traffic lights with red,yellow, and green lights.

Not a little photoshoot. After getting all cleaned up our littlest one, Christopher III, just knew he was fly.
We visited our local downtown library and had a ball exploring, creating, and imagining. We read, played, and searched our way through the library. Even met a few friends while there. 10/10

We headed to our Downtown Library 📚 to do some dramatic play, scavenger hunt, reading 📖, and coloring.
