Congratulations to Ms. Dornbos (MD) our 4th grade teacher. She is this weeks Who's Cool at Your School from U93!

MD has been a teacher for 45 years! She goes above and beyond to keep students and parents informed through detailed weekly notes, clear expectations, and classroom resources families can use at home. Her dedication, kindness, and care make a meaningful difference for her students and their families.

We are so honored to celebrate MD here at Holy Family School. Her impact is tremendous, and we are truly lucky to have her.

Thank you, Fr. Paul, for your yes to the priesthood and for guiding our servers. Thank you, Miss M, for your yes to leading our altar servers in their service to our Lord.

We are so happy to have Father Paul Mary! Stop by the Rectory or after Mass to meet him!

ICYMI!
Fr. Paul Mary has been assigned as our Administrator while Fr. Luke is away. He joins us from the same Diocese as Fr. Luke back in Nigeria. He is the Vocation Director of the Diocese, the Rector of their Spiritual Year Formation Center and one of the Diocesan Consultors to the bishop. We are blessed that Fr. Paul Mary was willing to watch over us during his Sabbatical here in the United States.

Our First Graders celebrated the end of their first Reading domain. First Grade has spent time working on reading different fables and learning the lessons those stories can tell us. To celebrate, they participated in Fable Olympics, different games and activities based on the stories they read. They played "Sheep, Sheep, Wolf" to remember the lesson of the fable "The Boy Who Cried Wolf" and participated in a golden egg relay race for the fable "The Goose and the Golden Egg." Students were also tasked with building a fence to keep Peter Rabbit out of Mr. McGregor's Garden like the story Peter Rabbit.

A special thank you to Latina Business Club for dropping off gifts to our two teachers who hit milestones here at Holy Family School. Miss M has been with Holy Family School for over 5 Years, and Mrs. Farris has been with Holy Family for over 10 Years.

Your dedication to our students is seen in the work that you do everyday. Holy Family would not be Holy Family without you two.

Big news from the Holy Family Altar Server Ministry!

Miss Madrigal has been putting in the hours training (and retraining!) 20 altar servers for the new school year.

This is officially the most servers we’ve ever had at one time!

Despite the construction hustle and bustle around our church, these students are adapting effortlessly and showing true leadership.

Thank you, Miss Madrigal, and way to go to our amazing 2026–2027 server team!
