In last Sunday's JKD class we remembered Sifu Brandon Lee's birthday.
I had also brought into class some items including auotgraghs and a rare prop used in his movie Rapid Fire that only a few people had seen in my old South Bend gym office.

For fans of Bruce/Brandon Lee or Jeet Kune Kune Do, I studied under, tested and earned my In-Person instructors rank from one of Bruce Lee's students and we teach that art at my gym to teens and adults.

Today we remember the birthday of my late JKD instructor (Bruce Lee student ) Sifu Larry Hartsell.

82 years ago, a man who became my instructor & friend was brought into this world.
Known as JKD's top grappler, Sifu Larry was always respectful as he passed his training on to us 1st generation instructors under him.
