Hello Lydick Families!👋

My name is Michelle Kelly, and I am so excited to introduce myself as the new Preschool Director! It is an honor to continue working with such a wonderful school community, and I can’t wait to get to know each of our amazing children and families.

I look forward to creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. Thank you for welcoming me—I’m excited for all the wonderful memories we’ll make together this school year!

Dear parents,
Welcome letters, supply lists and school calendar was mailed today.
Parent night will be Monday, August 17th at 6:30.
Please do not bring children to the parent night.

Preschool starts on Tuesday, August 18th.

If you would like your child to see the school again please set up an appointment. Children are welcome in the morning for a brief visit between 9:00 am & 10:30 am.
We are still working with our summer children and staff are busy supervising their classes, so please, it’s a quick walk thru not a play time.

Good afternoon parents!! Ms. Sarah, our 4 yr old teacher, has moved on from her position here at Lydick. We are so thankful for her time here with us and wish her the best in her new venture!

With that being said, please make sure you contact Mrs. Chris with any changes in your child’s schedule from now until July 31st when our new director takes over. Thank you!

We weren't able to get outside much this week but the kiddos still had so much fun!

When kids are able to build with blocks, magnetic tiles, or other construction toys, they are learning through hands-on play. Building supports fine motor development, coordination, language skills, creativity, and early engineering concepts while encouraging children to explore, solve problems, and work together with friends.
