Today! At the Portage Rd Hacienda! Take the night off cooking and join us for a give back night.

Also,if you purchase mum vouchers to support our school, today is the last day to turn them in for mums.
Thank you!

Save the date, Wednesday, September 30th, is your next opportunity to help our school earn toward its goals! We're partnering with Hacienda Mexican Restaurants Portage Avenue for a give-back night! It's simple-order dine in, carry out or even plan ahead for the holidays and purchase gift cards- and Hacienda Mexican Restaurants gives back 20% to the school!

This will take place at the Portage Road location only. This is one of the best and easiest ways to help the school. Simply just take the night off from cooking and stop in or order carry out.

Funds raised from this event will help toward finishing what we need to cover Olympic Day activities. Anything extra will help us start saving for Teacher Appreciation Week events.

Last call for mums! Orders and money are due tomorrow. We have exceeded our goal amount but we can still sell more! This was a great launch to fundraisers for the year-THANK YOU to everyone who has purchased and sent in orders so far!

Tonight is our first PTUC meeting, starts at 6 in the Peterson room. Family friendly!

Here is the official Mum Sale info! Please share this on your social media and with family and friends. This is a great fundraiser, mums are so popular for porch decor in the fall.

The vouchers are $10 and can be used to pick out the 8-inch mum plant of your choice at Varner's Greenhouse in Niles. We are selling the vouchers until September 11, but the vouchers can be redeemed until September 30th, 2026. (But those who don't wait get the best to choose from 😉). The funds raised from this will go toward Olympic/Field Day Shirts for the students! Thank you!

Back-to-School Night/Ice Cream Social is tonight, starting at 6:30! We hope to see you there!

Reminder! The students will not have school on Thursday or Friday due to the teachers having meetings.

Keep an eye on the parent folders this afternoon! We're launching our first fundraiser-Varner's Greenhouse Mum Vouchers! This is a very popular local fundraiser we are excited about. The school earns about $5 back per voucher sold and this fundraiser will support the Olympic/Field Day Shirts for the students! They are $10 per voucher. The voucher can be taken into Varner's Greenhouse anytime before September 30th, and you can select your favorite 8-inch mum plan from what they have in stock.

Ope! One last late night reminder- tomorrow is picture day! There may have been a discrepancy with the order code, but the one on the order form should be correct!

Students can wear uniform bottoms with a nice top, as well as dresses.

Happy Sunday!

The Cougar Closet received a lot of donations last week but before we can make them available to look through, we need 1-2 people to help organize them. Can be anytime during the school day. Post below if you’re able to help, thank you!

Reminder- save the date for Back to School night- THIS WEDNESDAY evening the 26th. Chat with your teacher, vote on fundraiser and event ideas, fun photo opportunity, and PTUC is providing ice cream!

Lastly, keep an eye on your school folders for info for our first fundraiser of the year! We’re planning on selling Mum Vouchers through Varners.
