The City of South Bend’s Youth Task Force gives the youth of South Bend an opportunity to make a positive impact in their community. The Task Force, which will be led by area high school students partnering with adults in our community, gives students a chance to let their voices be heard. Members of the Youth Task Force will design and drive an advocacy program that targets issues that specifically affect the youth in our community, It is a community-based group open to all South Bend residents in grades 9th through 12th.
