As an advocate for educational opportunities for the students. I strive to improve the educational experience for students of diverse economic and racial backgrounds and have demonstrated this over the years through my volunteerism and service. My extensive experience working with students, parents, teachers and administrators in various leadership roles over the years have allowed me to build strategic alliances with key leaders in our community in the interest of our schools and students.

Weβre excited to celebrate Washington High School senior Hasael Vital, who spent his summer gaining invaluable experience through an internship at the Harper Cancer Research Institute as part of the RC3 program!
Hasael worked alongside top researchers at the University of Notre Dame, diving deep into cutting-edge cancer research. This hands-on opportunity not only enhanced his problem-solving and leadership skills but also ignited a passion for making a difference in the world.
