We celebrate Week of the Young Child. The early years are a powerful time of learning, when children grow through play and exploration.

Sixty-five members of our early childhood community gathered last evening to celebrate the kickoff of the Month of the Young Child with a joyful Celebratory Dinner—honoring the early childhood field and the foundational work of early educators and program leaders.

The evening included recognition of more than 30 individuals for their 2025 accomplishments—ranging from certificates and CDAs to associate’s, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees, as well as program accreditation and awards.

Raffle prizes added a wonderful spirit of fun, and we are so grateful to those who contributed: ECDC, Growing Kids – State Road 23, First English Lutheran Preschool, Kaplan, Lakeshore, Infancy Onward, Logan Community Resources, and Ready to Grow St. Joe.

A meaningful evening of connection, recognition, and celebration of the dedication and continued growth within our early childhood community.

Lolys Daycare has two openings available. South Bend. South Side Area.
