The best start to Labor Day weekend! 9-0 in tournament play! HJ Tournament Champions 🥇!! Thank you to everyone who helped make our tournament successful!!

🏐 TOTAL DOMINATION! 🏐

The Lady Hawks went a perfect 9-0, dropping just one set on their way to the Hardin-Jefferson Tournament Gold Bracket Championship!

HJ opened bracket play with a sweep of Buna before winning a three-set thriller over Hamshire-Fannett in the semifinals. In the championship, the Lady Hawks took down Liberty in straight sets to bring home the title!

Kenleigh Smith, Jaycee Dill, and Payton Leger were voted All-Tournament!!

🏐 LEGENDS INVITATIONAL | WEEKEND RECAP 🏐

Our first Legends Invitational Tournament is officially in the books!

Our Lady Hawks stepped on the court and competed against some tough 5A and 6A competition. While the scoreboard may not have always reflected it, these girls WORKED. They battled, took sets, pushed matches to 3!

More importantly, they walked away with a better understanding of themselves, our team, and the areas where we have room to grow. Every tough match is an opportunity to learn, and this weekend gave us plenty of those opportunities.

Then we traded the volleyball court for Reed Arena! 🏐🔥

The girls had the BEST time attending the Texas A&M vs. Arkansas State volleyball match and getting to experience the unveiling of their National Championship banner! What an incredible atmosphere and an even better opportunity for some team bonding. ❤️

This weekend wasn't just about wins and losses. It was about competing, learning, growing, experiencing, and becoming closer as a team.

We are proud of our girls for facing tough competition, and embracing the challenges.

This weekend, our girls showed us plenty to be proud of. 🦅🏐

Lady Hawks improve to 9-3 after finishing off Silsbee in three sets (25-18, 25-12, 25-14)!

🏐 Lady Hawks finish 6th at the PNG Volleybash!

Your Lady Hawks wrapped up a strong weekend with a 6th place finish out of 22 teams at the PNG Volleybash Tournament!

Saturday’s Gold Bracket action was highlighted by a gutsy 2-1 win over defending District 18-5A Champion West Fork.

🌟 Freshman Kenleigh Smith earned All-Tournament Team honors after an outstanding weekend!

The Lady Hawks leave the tournament with a 7-3 record and now turn their attention to the HOME OPENER Tuesday night against Warren!

🏐 LADY HAWKS ADVANCE TO GOLD BRACKET! 🏐

The Lady Hawks go 2-1 on Day 2 of the PNG Volleybash and improves to 6-1 on the season!

The Lady Hawks opened the day with a 2-1 win over Nederland before suffering their first loss of the season against West Fork. HJ responded in a big way, sweeping West Brook to close out the day!

With the strong showing, the Lady Hawks advance to the Gold Bracket tomorrow morning!

Proud of the way these girls competed, battled, and trusted each other from the first serve to the final point. This is just the beginning, and there is SO much more to come!
