We meet at the Beach. Next... we walk along the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

I believe the process of walking promotes growth and movement in the body/mind connection. The negative ions of the breaking surf as well as the sound of the rhythmic waves going in and out only enhance the theraputic experience. The physical movement increases the seratoin in your body/mind, facilitating a feeling of wellbeing and overall balance.
I'm here to help you help yourself to move forward in your life. I will help you to actualize your personal goals.

Walk Talk Life Coaching is just like it sounds—the client and the therapist are outside walking during therapy instead of sitting inside an office. Many clients say that Walk Talk Life Coaching is a more relaxed environment than the counseling office.
