Indy’s Prom is Saturday. If anyone needs a last minute dress, see me tomorrow! This closet is open for any Raleigh County student attending their school’s prom! I’m happy to share with other Community in Schools liasons!

The MOBILE DENTIST will be at IHS on May 8, 9, and 10. If your student needs to see the dentist but you don't want the hassle of taking time to go to a dentist office - Ask for a permission form from Mrs. Brooks OR fill out this online form.

Attention Grandparents!

Join us for the Healthy Grandfamilies session Monday, April 22nd from 5:00-7:00 PM. Dinner and arcade games will be provided for families and children free of charge, all you need to bring is yourselves!

Substance use can be challenging to overcome for families, even for those not directly involved. On Monday, Jaime Cantley from Aetna Better Health will be sharing some healthy ways for a family to address addiction.

We had some CIS students help Mrs. Brooks pack Easter Meals for 15 families in need this Easter holiday!

A special thanks to Sophia Free Will Baptist Church for the love offering to support Communities in Schools and to Mrs. Brammers classes for donating needed items. Food Lion donated the bags. It takes a village!
