ntoring Alliance and a coach for youth cheerleading. She started tutoring as well and over time, her client base grew and she decided to pursue this passion full time. Kathryn also has taught locally at the The Presentation School teaching Advanced Honor’s Algebra, Algebra I, Pre-Algebra, 7th Grade and 8th Grade Math & Science. Today Kathryn tutors all ages and all grades in math, writing, reading and all subjects. She has experience with SAT prep, math placement test prep and even interview prep for private school interviews. She loves to incorporate movement in her sessions and there is always lots of laughter and fun being had by all. Each student will learn and grow at a different pace and she specializes in finding a way to bring out the confidence and aid learning in all children. Kathryn tutors year round and especially loves the opportunity for growth and development in her Summer Tutoring sessions. You can help a child catch up, if they are behind, and you can also give a child additional confidence going into the next grade or level of math by doing a preview of the subject the summer prior. She has a reputation for keeping her students laughing, engaged and excited to keep improving their work and confidence.
