Weβre still running here in California, and Iβm so grateful for the sunshine, blue skies, fresh air and connection with nature. Thereβs something so peaceful about running through nature solo and connecting with the universe in this way. People often ask me what I think about when I run. I never know how to respond because this question seems confusing to me because running has always taken me beyond my mind and beyond my thoughts. I believe this is why I am so drawn to running, and possibly obsessed or addicted to it. π It takes me to a place within myself that cannot be described in words. Is this the runnerβs high? Or the flow state? Or just oneness with everything? I donβt know but I continue to move in this way because it connects me with an energy that feels like everything is ok and there is nothing to worry about. How does running make you feel? π
