Plein Air Art Festival-Sassarini Volunteers Needed!!
The Plein Air Foundation is Sassarini's primary funder for the Makers Lab. Each year they have a large festival in the Sonoma Plaza. In order to apply for the grant that funds our MaKer Lab teacher, Sassarini needs to send a minimum of 4 volunteers (staff or parents) to help out! The event this year is Saturday, September 19. For information about volunteering, and how to sign-up, see below. Thank you so so much for considering!

The Foundation is using the Bloomerang Volunteer app this year to streamline the sign-up process.

Sign-Up Instructions for Volunteers:

Each volunteer from your organization must create an account with Bloomerang by completing their sign-up form.
When they sign up, please have them note which Organization they are volunteering with so that your organization will get credit.
Once registered, the volunteer can browse available shifts and roles to view job descriptions and times.
Once they find a shift they want to select, they simply click ADD TO CART and Bloomerang walks them through the rest of the process..
After confirming selections, the volunteer can sign out. A confirmation email will be automatically sent to their email address.

First Full Day!

Good morning Sassarini!

As a reminder today is the first full day! Starting today students will be released at 2:50 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. On Wednesdays students are released at 1:00.
