Welcome Nathan Schroll, Somonauk Middle School Principal, to the Bobcat Family! Mr. Schroll graduated from Homewood-Flossmoor and attended Eastern Illinois University, Northern Illinois University, and the American College of Education. He enjoys spending time with his family and beekeeping. He hopes to continue pursuing his passion for beekeeping and is excited to bring that interest to Somonauk. We are excited to have Mr. Schroll as part of the Bobcat Family!

Please welcome Jeanne Puskaric to JRW as a special education teacher. She graduated from Lyons Township High School, Marian University, and Lewis University. Mrs Puskaric enjoys spending time in the Northwoods, especially canoeing and fishing. A fun fact about Mrs. Puskaric is that she loves to water ski and was once a star in a water ski show! SMS is excited to have Lexi Bell as a special education teacher this fall. Ms Bell is a Somonauk alum! She also attended Southeastern University for both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and working out. In her free time, A fun fact about Lexi is that she lived in Florida for five years and absolutely LOVED spending time at Disney and on the beach!

Mr Schmidt is highly competitive and loves everything about sports! We are excited to welcome Matt Tronc to the Somonauk Bobcat family at JRW as our Social Worker! Matt is a graduate of Sycamore High School and earned both his B.A. and M.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and, of course, hanging out with dogs! Fun facts about Mr Tronc include that he has played soccer most of his life and that he is a twin!

Jessica Sissom has come back to our SHS Ag department. She will also spend some time at Leland teaching Introduction to Agriculture courses. She graduated from SHS and ISU and loves watching students grow as leaders and as people throughout their high school years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, playing card games, and walking her dog. An interesting fact about Ms Kruger is that she was involved in 4-H for showing pigs.
