Somonauk Education Foundation (SEF) Everything the Somonauk Education Foundation raises goes right back into our classrooms in one form or another! The Goals of the SEF are....

The Somonauk Education Foundation is a non-profit tax exempt organization formed to provide resources that enhance and extend the quality of academic and extra curricular opportunities available to students enrolled in Somonauk Community Unit School District #432. To support the school district’s Plan for Teaching and Lea

2. Award scholarships to students and grants to teachers’ programs to support and enrich the educational experience in the district’s schools.

3. Encourage school/community partnerships and promote a better understanding of school district needs and aspirations.

4. Provide a vehicle for individuals and organizations to donate resources that will be used to support the Foundation’s mission.

5. To plan and provide for the Foundation’s future through endowment opportunities.
