Leaving soon for GFWC annual conference. The multi-day national business meeting and conference brings together members from across the globe to network, attend leadership workshops, elect officers, and determine legislative action priorities and community outreach campaigns for the upcoming year. It is in Scottsdale AZ this year. Send cooling thoughts.
I am excited to learn new things and updates of how to keep our club going and encourage others to join our club to do amazing community service!
We will get back to “business” in July after my return.

THIS is GFWC IL Somonauk Junior Woman’s Club and we are proud members!!
Come join us and be a part of something amazing!!

One hundred and thirty-six years ago, on April 24th, 1890, 63 women from 17 states across the country formally adopted the constitution of the newly-formed General Federation of Women’s Clubs.

Their commitment to each other paved the way for the immeasurable impact clubwomen have had on the world. Today, we celebrate the founding of the General Federation of Women's Clubs and the incredible members who dedicate their lives to serving others.
