September: National Su***de Prevention Month

This week, take a few minutes to check in with someone you care about.
A simple "How are you really doing?" or "I've been thinking about you" can mean more than you realize. Listening without judgment and showing you care can help someone feel less alone.
Kindness, connection, and compassion can make a difference every day.
If you or someone you know needs immediate support, call or text 988 to connect with a trained crisis counselor.
