In honor of the upcoming election we wanted to share a recipe we created for Chefs for Hillary in September. If you're looking to make an election day punch (and who doesn't need that?) look no further! We give you The Rose Garden:
The Rose Garden
1.5 ounces Brockmans gin
1.5 ounces fresh lemon juice
1 ounce raspberry rose syrup
5 ounce beet juice, fresh or Biotta
dash Cardamom bitters
dash black pepper
two drops fresh rosewater
Shake all, strain into glass with fresh ice.
Top with 1 ounce club soda
Raspberry Rose syrup
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup rosewater
1 cup raspberries
