Huge thanks to Sifu Rick Wong (Sifu Rick Wong's Chinese Martial Arts Center) for today's wonderful seminar on Sun Style and Chen Style Tai Chi movements as they show up in the Compulsory 42 Step Tai Chi form. We all learned a lot...and we have a lot to practice!
