I’ve been waiting to make this announcement because I’m always afraid that if I announce something too soon, I’ll jinx it.

But I think it’s finally safe to say… Rebel is in the clear! After the dog attack, my friend Tyler at The Sword and Hare was incredibly gracious and sent Rebel to me. Then a wonderful lady made the long trip from Colorado and brought her to me! I’m beyond thankful for the kindness and generosity shown to me.

Rebel has been here for about a month and a half to two months now, and I’m so happy to say she has transitioned well. She is absolutely lovely. She is also a full sibling to Hottie Tottie, one of my special girls that I lost in the dog attack🥺

I love animals, but whoever has the German Shepherd mixes running around, please keep your dogs on your property. They’ve been coming onto mine, and I’ve already had a dog get into my rabbit area and kill 18 of my rabbits in a very vicious attack!

I’m asking you to please keep your dogs put up and away from my barn. I don’t want anything to happen to them, but if they come onto my property and get near my animals again, the will not be coming back home to you. Consider this a friendly warning.

I needed a quick grow-out set for the new buns coming in, and I couldn’t resist finally putting these green trays to use! I’ve been saving them forever for a watermelon stack, so I’m so glad I finally got a chance to make it happen.

I’ll probably build one more for the juniors, and then I’ve got several more sets to knock out for the upcoming season! Lots to do, but I’m excited to see it all come together 🩷💚

Excited to have Taylor Farms Bigsby (VM Broken Castor) Buck and his kits coming home tomorrow!

A good friend of mine has been through some incredibly hard life events and made the difficult decision to offer some of my lines back. I sure wish she weren’t having to go through it, but I’m incredibly thankful for the opportunity to bring a Mystique son back to the barn.

I don’t currently have any kits from Mystique here, so having one of her sons back is extra special. I’m excited to see what Bigsby and his kits bring to our program!
