Burnside Elementary staff and the families of Mrs. Angie Robinson, our Instructional Coach, and Ms. Janel Grider, Librarian and Media Specialist celebrated their upcoming retirement. Burnside Elementary Kindergarten students in Mrs. Gregory’s class are reviewing character and setting in a story. After reading the book “How can Dinosaurs Learn to Be Kind?”, students created their own dinosaur character and illustrated a setting of their choice!

Burnside Elementary students in Mrs. Helton’s 3rd grade math class worked on symmetry. They completed half of the sun to complete the picture. We see math all around our world and it’s so much fun!
