Dr. Prabha Srinivas has worked in the HR and Organization Development space for nearly 22 years. She is currently working as a consultant in the areas of Organization development - improvement of skills and systems, Leadership coaching, soft skills and cross cultural training and Diversity management. In India, she had tenures with organizations like IMRB, Kirloskar AAF, The P and P group , IIPM
and PwC SDC with primary focus being on Organization development and resultant training/coaching. Dr. Srinivas has also worked in the United States at the Minnesota School of business, Metropolitan council and is currently a trainer with Brookfield International. Having worked in India and The United States, she understands international partnerships well. Her strength lies in her ability to analyze organizational situations accurately and provide appropriate solutions while her psychological expertise helps her to understand people and their motivations better. She has published a book on the subject titled “American Culture – Demystified for new Indian Immigrants.” She is a certified Intercultural development inventory administrator, and has coached senior executives from global companies such as Bosch, Northern trust and Merck on Indian culture. She has conducted training programs for managers on American culture (General motors, Bosch). Over the years Dr.Srinivas has designed, developed and delivered several programs to improve organizational functioning working with varied organizations such as IT, Education, Police force, Water and pollution control. Having advised many senior executives in strategic planning initiatives and people management, she is an accomplished coach. Organization Development is critical to creating effective organizations, negligence of which can lead to projects being derailed and a considerable financial loss for the organization. Most of these situations can be diffused with the employee understanding the impact of his or her behavior and acquiring required skills with carefully planned coaching engagements.
